education and passion for the topic of advocacy along with

Since the age of 13, Roger has been an advocate for
involvement within the community.
Roger majored in Political Science and played baseball at
Pennsylvania State University and is still a proud Nittany
Lion.
Throughout his professional business career Roger has
been a partner or sole-proprietor in six different
companies including a destination management firm. His
lifetime experience has also included being a
professional bodyguard, security detail in hotel
operations, logistics for major sporting events, and a
sales executive for the meetings, incentive and events
market.
Roger is a highly acclaimed speaker, educator, and writer
of on key issues and relationships that drive positive
transformation. Roger is recognized as a leading
spokesman for the business value and economic
significance for the meeting and visitor industries.
He has served in numerous industry associations’
leadership roles, is a recipient of several international
industry awards, and is a member of Meeting
Professional International’s prestigious “Community of
Honoree’s”.
